What if I lose or require additional swipes for access to the building?
 

What if I lose my key or lock myself out of my apartment?
Unfortunately, building management do not have access to individual keys to apartments. Please contact your managing agent or a locksmith to gain access.

What if my hot water system leaks/bursts?
Please contact the building management ASAP. Instructions to turning off your mains water will be provided. Then, contact your managing agent or plumber for replacement.

Note: do not turn your mains water back on until the issue has been resolved.

You have several options when it comes to disposal of your waste.

What time can contractors be on-site until?

For a peaceful environments of the other residents, we recommend that contractors work on-site between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday only.

Contractors must be offsite by 4pm, unless it is an emergency.

If additional time is required outside of these hours, please liaise with the building manager for approval. No contractors are allowed on-site on the weekend and public holidays unless it is a matter of emergency.

When can my cleaner be onsite?

Cleaners and vacate cleans are only permitted:

Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm.

(Cleaners must be offsite by 4pm)

How often are the exterior windows cleaned?
Exterior windows are cleaned every 6-8 months.

How often is Temple Court common areas cleaned?

Temple Court common areas are cleaned daily.
